Each month I personally write three exclusive stamping related articles. My readers have learned techniques, enjoyed tutorials and become better stampers from the stamping tips. I encourage stamping questions from my readers. The questions most often become future articles. If you have a question, others probably do to.

Another Last Chance stamp set - the Stampin' Up! Zoofari stamp set. There is one more image to the set than you see here - birds. The birds are my favorite. The set is fully pictured below.
Another Last Chance stamp set, Holidays & Wishes is used on this card. Too bad the stamper (not mentioning any names) didn't use her Stamp-a-ma-jig (can't miss stamp positioner)when she stamped the greeting.

You can still be the wonderful you you are but, it is time to say farewell to this beautiful stamp set. You can only order the Wonderful You stamp set through June 30, 2009. If you are confused because it isn't in the Spring-Summer Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog, it is because it is on the Dormant List of stamp sets not pictured but available for purchase.

I don't know what my girlfriend was thinking when she gave me this card for my birthday - I'm only 29.95 plus shipping and tax. :) Anyway, this adorable stamp set designed for folks much older than myself (doth she protest too much?) is in the Occasions 2009 Mini Catalog and DID NOT make it into the 2009-2010 Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog. So, truly you last chance to order this stamp set is June 30, 2009.

A pretty card using the Stampin' Up! Always in My Thoughts stamp set. It was stamped by my friend and downline, Sherrie Bryant. It was part of the template swap for the Scattered Stampers. This card shows you that the Stampin' Up! catalogs are so much more than just catalogs, they are truly idea books.

Thoughts of Father is another stamp set Stampin' Up! is retiring on June 30, 2009. This card looks like a scene from my mother's garden.
I usually don't have so much "white" space on my cards. The base of the card is the Ivory Naturals card stock. Yet, the clean look worked for this card. The Ivory Naturals card stock does have specks of black to add a bit of interest.

This beautiful stamp set sure had a short life span. I am sorry to see it on the Last Chance List. Not looking familiar? That may because for the past five months it has been on the Dormant List and not pictured in the Spring-Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog.
This Happiness is a Journey card is another fast, yet fabulous card. There are only two stamps in the set, the one you see and the greeting using a beautiful mix of fonts reading "Happiness is a journey and not a destination". Wow, good for many different occasions.
Do you see the Lovely as Tree stamp image peeking out on either side? It is stamped in Sahara Sand on Sahara Sand cards stock. I believe Stampin' Up! needs to add a new designator to the catalog: E for eternal. Some stamp sets, and Lovely as a Tree is one of them, should never retire. I have two more to add - Itty Bitty Backgrounds and Sincere Salutations. A girlfriend says Itty Bitty Backgrounds is a must-have accessory and not a stamp set.
I almost forgot - my photo corners were made simply by punching out an 1/2" circle in Basic Black with the 1/2" Circle Punch, cutting the circle into quarters and attaching. It is always the little touches that make your card extra special.
